Coolibah Community Care Services is a relatively new player to the community care industry and currently provides the following services to community based recipients. Meals, laundry, on call support in emergencies, transport, home maintenance, advocacy and advice on the range and type of services available. These services are provided on a fee for service basis and the organisation continues to make application for Commonwealth Government approved and funded Community Aged Care and Housing Linked Packages.
